All rates are quoted per night -so you are not charged for the day you check out.
For bookings of 30 days or more we can negotiate beyond these rates.
Deposits
All bookings for a duration of 10 nights or more and all bookings for holiday periods require a deposit of 25% at time of booking - with the balance payable upon check-in.
Deposit refund policy:
As a general rule we are happy to refund deposits on the following basis.
Holiday Period:
- 14 days prior - full refund
- 7 days prior - 50% refund
- Less than 7 days - deposit not refundable
Non-Holiday Period:
- Full deposit refund up to 5 days prior
All cancellations must be notified in writing via email or fax.
Special circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.
